Pilates One-to-Ones
Firstly - What is Pilates?
Pilates, is a low-impact exercise method created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. It combines mental focus with physical training to improve flexibility, strength, and core stability. Emphasising controlled movements, precise breathing, and mindfulness, Pilates allows individuals to stretch and strengthen their bodies while enhancing overall well-being.

What to expect from Pilates One-to-Ones
One to One sessions include a combination of Reformer, mat exercises and other equipment, bespoke to your needs and on a one-to-one basis. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, and can be tailored to meet individual needs or goals, and all age ranges.
One-to-One sessions use specialist equipment, including the Reformer, designed by Joseph Pilates, and which provides resistance through springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage.
One-to-Ones are booked by appointment via phone or email. Please note - A mandatory consultation is required prior to starting One to One Pilates, to assess medical history and determine what treatment and exercises are needed.

Pilates Consultation
All new One-to-One clients require a consultation prior to ongoing One-to-One sessions. Your consultation will entail a detailed discussion about medical history, alignment and movement check, Pilates introduction and to discover your aims and goals.
